We ship across Switzerland with Swiss Post. Standard delivery: 7–12 business days from order confirmation. Express options available on request.

Refunds

Custom items are produced specifically for you and are non-returnable unless defective. If your order is damaged or doesn't match the agreed specifications, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

Quality guarantee

Each order is inspected before shipping. If quality issues occur, we re-produce the item at no additional cost.
